摘要
通过螺柱焊技术在660kW风力发电机组焊接结构件中的应用,对螺柱焊接的工艺焊接性和使用焊接性进行了探讨和论证。在实际生产过程中采集了大量试样进行加工试验。结果表明:螺柱焊技术在风电地锚生产应用中的加工适应性是良好的,能够获得优质的焊接接头,两种不同性质钢材的螺柱焊接头在产品设计要求的低温条件下可靠运行。
The application of stud welding in the main frame of 660 kW windturbin e anchorage is introduced in this paper. The technological weldability and the o perative weldability of stud welding are mainly discussed. Many specimens were s elected and tested in the production of weldments. The results show that the ada ptability of stud welding is very good in the production of the windturbine anch orage, and the joint of high quality can be gotten. The two different types of s teel joint welded by stud welding can reliably work under the conditions of low temperature required by product design.
