Research of Domestic Tariff Regulation System Reforming in CAAC Based on Principles of Price Science

从价格学原理出发,阐述了市场经济体制下政府在价格管理方面的职能,分析了中国民航国内票价管理体制方面存在的问题以及产生这些问题的原因,介绍了国内票价管理体制改革的基本思路,提出了解决问题的政策和配套措施。

The function of the government on the price regulation in the m ar ket economy is clarified from the point of the general principle of price scie nce in the paper.Then the problems concerning the domestic tariff regulation o f CAAC and the related reasons are analyzed.At last,the principal methods of reforming in the domestic tariff regulatory system are presented,as well as the policies and the relative measurements to resolve the existing problems.
