WTO航空运输服务贸易自由化与中国民航的改革

Air Transport Services Liberalization in WTO and Reform of China Civil Aviation

航空运输作为一种服务商品,自WTO成立才开始纳入多边贸易体制中。就目前WTO多边贸易体制下航空运输服务自由化的内容和特点进行了介绍和分析,并就WTO新一轮多边贸易谈判中的航空运输服务进行了评介。同时,结合中国加入WTO,对中国民航的改革提出了几点意见。

Air transport is a kind of services,which is covered by GATS si nc e the establishment of WTO.This paper focuses on the liberalization of air tra nsport service in the multilateral system of WTO,the features of the liberaliza tion as well as the air transport service in the new round negotiation.At the end some suggestions to the reform of China civil aviation are put forward in this paper.
