A Genetic Study of Some Couples With Repeated Miscarriage in Ganzhou

目的∶探讨 4 0对反复流产夫妇的病因。方法∶取患者静脉血淋巴细胞培养 ,G显带和染色体分析。结果∶异常核型 4例、染色体多态 3例。结论∶染色体异常是流产的重要病因之一。

Objective:To study the causes of 40 cases with repeated miscarriage.Method:Lymph cells from vein blood were cultivated.Band G and chromosome were analysed.Result:Abnormal Kanyotrpe were 4 cases,deverified in chromosome were 3 cases.Conclusion:Abnormal Karyotype is one of the main causes of miscarriage.
