膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤一例报告并文献复习

A Case Report of Pheochromocytoma of Urinary Bladder and Its Review of Literature

目的 :探讨膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断及治疗方法。方法 :分析 1例膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤患者临床资料 ,并复习相关文献。结果 :术前确诊 ,术后病理证实 ,行膀胱部分切除术 ,随访 2 5个月 ,血压正常 ,无肿瘤复发。结论 :B超、CT、MRI及131I -MIBG等对诊断均有较高的价值 。

Objective:To explore the approach of diagnosis and treatment in Pheochromocytoma of the urinary bladder.Method:1 case with Pheochromocytoma of the urinary bladder was studied and the related literatures were reviewed.Result:The tumor was discovered by ultrasound?CT. Partial cystectomy was performed.In the 25 months follow up,the patient had normal blood pressure,and there was no recurrent tumor.Conclusion:B ultrasound,CT,MRI and I MIBG have higher sensitive in detecting this tumor.The most effective management is partial cystectomy.
