摘要
电力系统中部分大型铸钢件裂纹补焊,因补焊坡口的形状、位置等原因,无法一次完成敷焊层焊接,通过现场实际应用研究,认为采用分段冷补焊工艺同样可以完成大型铸钢件的修复工作。
In repairing large cast pieces in power plants, sometimes it is impossible to apply a weld layer in one shot due to the bevel shape, the position and other reasons.Through field investigating, the authors believe that the segmented cold repair weld can be used to complete the repair work of a large cast piece.
