锅炉中煤粉的燃烧过程是非常复杂的悬浮燃烧 ,炉膛火焰监视必须克服监视图像的噪声。文章详细介绍了对火焰图像进行预处理、消除噪声的方法 ;给出了基于维恩辐射定律导出的双色测温计算火焰温度的算法 ,并成功用于火焰温度场的计算 ;最后给出了温度场计算机显示原理。

Combustion of powdered coal in furnace is a very complicate suspension firing process. Noise interference must be overcome to achieve clear image of flame monitoring system. In this paper, the methods for flame image pretreatment and noise suppression are introduced in detail. The bicolorimetric arithmetic for flame temperature derived from Wien radiation theory is demonstrated, which is successfully used in calculation of temperature field. Finally, the display principle of temperature field on a computer is presented.
