热敷腰骶部背腧穴促进妇科腹部术后病人排气的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Beishu Points of Lumbosacral Portion Fomentation to Stimulate the Exsufflation of Postoperative Patients Underwent Gynecologic Abdomen Surgery

目的 :观察热敷腰骶部背腧穴对妇科腹部手术病人肠蠕动功能的影响。方法 :选择妇科腹部手术病人 5 0例 ,随机分为治疗组 (2 5例 )和对照组 (2 5例 ) ,治疗组采用热水袋热敷腰骶部背腧穴 ,对照组仅按常规护理 ,观察两组病人术后排气、排便时间。结果 :治疗组术后第 1次排气、排便时间均较对照组明显缩短 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :热敷腰骶部背腧穴 ,可以明显地促进妇科腹部手术病人排气。

Objective: to observe the influence of Beishu points of lumbosacral portion fomentation on peristaltic function of postoperative patients underwent gynecologic abdomen surgery. Methods: a total of 50 cases underwent gynecologic abdomen surgery were divided into test group and control group equally and randomly. Patients of test group were given hot water bag fomentation on Beishu points of lumbosacral portion. Patients of control group were just got nursing care routinely. Both exsufflation time and defecation time of patients of the two groups were observed. Results: both the first exsufflation time and the first defecation time of postoperative patients of the test group were overtly shortened than that of the control group (P<0.001). Conclusion: Beishu points of lumbosacral portion fomentation may markedly stimulate the exsufflation and defecation function recovery of patients underwent gynecologic abdomen surgery.
