本文着重探讨了黄河两岸地区农业发展战略的依据、条件和分区发展途径的选择。

The economic zone along Yellow River is Henan's economic backbone, in this paper, the author analysed the effect of the forming factors especially emphsised on the agricultural factor, its strategic position and effect on the economic zone.Through detailed investigation, the author ex pounded the agricultural development of this region, including the scientif'ic basis and the regional measures of implementation.This will be very important to the region's economy, its continuous, steady, coordinated development and to the formation and growth of this economic zone.
