摘要
本文对乌鲁木齐地区的光电潜力迸行了估算与分析，并对影响光电转换的主要因子迸行了初步研究，提出了提高本区光电潜力的可行途径。并作了理论分析与计算．
This paper estimates and analyses the photo electric potentiality on the region of Ur'umqi by making use of definite quantity. It has a preliminary study on the main factors effecting photo-electric conversion. Based on this kind of result, it puts forward feasible way in improving pho toelectric potentiality. At the same time it has a theoretical analyses and calculation. The result is satisfactory.
