豫西山区的水分特点和水分调控

MOISTURE CHARACTERISTICS AND WATER REG ULATION-CONTROL SYSTEM IN HILLY AREA OF WESTERN HENAN PROVINCE

本文综合分析了豫西山区降水量、地表水、土壤水和地下水的时空变化特点,并提出了本区三层水分综合调控系统,指出了目前水分调控中存在的问题。

This paper first synthetically analyses times-space changing chara cteristics of precipitation, surface water, soil water and ground water in the hilly area of western Henan province according to the water time -space contacts; then it puts forward a strategically envisagement of water regulation-control in this area, i.e.three layer water synthetical regulation-control system; finally, it also points out problems in active water regulation-control and puts forth several principles whicn must be followed in the water regulation-control.
