我国加入WTO后,建筑企业在许多方面仍然存在不足。建筑企业应该在运作能力、管理水平、总承包能力、研究开发能力、培养和使用人才的能力及运用信息化技术的能力等方面提高其竞争力,以适应国内、国际市场的竞争压力。

Under market economics, competitiveness of architectural enterprises involves functioning ability, administrative level, and general contracting proficiency as well as research developing ability. In addition, it also involves proficiency in cultivating and employing qualified technicians, in applying information technology. With its entry to WTO, china's architectural enterprises are facing competitive pressure from both international and domestic. It's necessary to analyze its incompetence and to reflect countermeasures to improve its competitiveness.
