摘要
以任意批量双台封边机生产线的回转架主梁为研究对象,利用creo2.0建立三维模型。在此基础上对其进行受力分析,并将其导入ANSYS Workbench进行有限元静态强度分析,代替了传统的计算实验分析,不但大大降低了制造成本,提高了生产效率,而且使得分析更加直观、可靠,为进一步的优化设计提供了依据。
The study object of this article is the revolving frame of main beam in any batch of double edge banding machine production line, using creo2.0 to establish the three-dimensional model. On this basis, making the stress analysis, and importing the model into ANSYS Workbench to make finite element analysis of the static strength. Instead of the traditional computational experiment analysis not only greatly reducing manufacturing costs, improving the production effi ciency, but also making the analysis more intuitive, reliable, providing a basis for the further optimization design.
