摘要
工业大麻秆是工业大麻纤维的废弃物,为了更好的利用这种优质的木质原料,利用单因素法分析木质原料种类及其添加量对无机人造板保温性能的影响。结果表明,木质材料的添加对石膏人造板和水泥人造板的保温性能均有明显的改善效果;随着木质原料添加量的增加,无机人造板的导热系数具有显著的递减趋势。另外,工业大麻秆刨花对无机人造板保温性能的改善效果优于松木刨花,而工业大麻秆纤维的改善效果最好。总之,利用木质材料来改善无机人造板的保温性能是可行的,工业大麻杆多孔和低密度特性对改善无机人造板的保温性能非常有利。
Industrial hemp stalk is the byproduct of hemp fiber and it is one kind of excellent woody materials. To use the hemp stalk well, it studied the infl uence of different kinds of the woody materials and their added amount on the insulation properties of gypsum panels and cement panels by the single factor method. The results show that the insulation properties of gypsum/cement panels were improved well after the woody materials were added and the heat conductivity of gypsum/ cement panels was decreased as the woody materials added amount increasing. Besides, to the insulation properties of gypsum/cement panels, the improvement of industrial hemp stalk particle was better comparing to it of pine wood particle, while the industrial hemp stalk fiber was best. In a word, it was feasible to improve the insulation properties of gypsum/ cement panels and the characters of the industrial hemp stalk with porous and low-density were advantage to improve the properties of the panels.
