摘要
介绍了BBP122Q型小径木环式剥皮机的刀盘液压系统的工作原理以及液压系统在实际应用中出现的问题。针对因木材圆度不佳而造成的木材剥皮不充分、过度剥皮的现象,提出了改进后的刀盘液压系统方案,并且应用AMESim软件对改进前后的液压工作系统进行仿真。仿真结果表明,改进后的液压系统能够有效地改善木材剥皮不充分、过度剥皮的现象,并延长刀具使用寿命。
This article describes the knife plate of hydraulic system principle of work and principle of work and problems arising from the hydraulic system in practical application of BBP122Q small- diameter debarker.Insufficient wood peeling, excessive peeling phenomenon are made for poor wood roundness, putting forward the advanced hydraulic system project,and application of AMESim simulation software to the improvement of the work of before and after the hydraulic pressure system. Simulation results show that the advanced hydraulic system can effectively improve the insuffi cient wood peeling, excessive peeling phenomenon, extend the service life of cutter.
