摘要
根据竹材的结构特点和结构用材的使用要求,论述了将规格毛竹竹青片经浸胶、错缝组坯、连续热压等工艺制备长度不受限制胶合竹层板的技术要点。并测定了胶合竹层板的主要力学性能。试验结果表明,胶合竹层板具有较好的胶合性能。
Moso bamboo strips near the bamboo green was chosen as the main raw material, after gum dipping and continuous joining together and continuous hot-pressing, infinite length glued laminated bamboo is explored. Continuous stitching technology was used in the preparation of glued laminated bamboo, it is an effective way to break its length limits. Physical and mechanical testing results show that the agglutination performance of glued laminated bamboo is good.
