多能源互补胶合板热压机太阳能供热系统的研究

Research on solar energy heating system of multi-energy complementary plywood hot press

阐述了木材加工用的胶合板热压机供热系统的现状,指出了现有供热系统存在的问题[1];对几种可行的供热方案从技术上进行了比较,从经济上进行了定性的分析;提出了太阳能+多能源互补的胶合板热压机的供热方式,给出了以太阳能为主,以空气能热泵和电加热为辅的胶合板热压机供热系统的设计方案,并介绍了该系统的节能控制方案;为胶合板热压机供热系统提出了经济、环保、节能的供热模式[2]。

The present situation of heating system of plywood hot press for wood processing was expounded,and the existing problems of heating system were pointed out.Several feasible heating schemes were compared technically and qualitatively analyzed economically.The heating mode of plywood hot press with solar energy and multi-energy complementary was put forward,and the heating mode with solar energy as the main part and air heat pump and electric heating as the main part was given,raized the plywood hot press heating system design scheme,and introduced the energy-saving control scheme of the system;put forward economic,environmental protection,energy-saving heating mode for plywood hot press heating system.
