摘要
目前我国的人才管理虽有所改进,但仍存在着不少弊端,尤其是面临已加入WTO的挑战,我们更应冷静面对这个问题,指出了借鉴世界各国这方面的先进经验,大力改进我国人才管理的基本方略。
Recently China's personnel management has become better; still there is much room for improvement, especially when we are facing the challenges resulting from our WTO entry. This paper maintains that we should first stay calm when facing the problem and that we should learn from the rich experiences gathered by other countries. Then it suggests some methods to improve our personnel management.
