肾上腺是人体重要的内分泌器官 ,可发生多种疾病。近年来由于生化检测技术、影像学检查技术水平的提高和广泛应用 ,以及手术治疗病例的增多 ,对肾上腺疾病的认识有了明显的提高。肾上腺意外瘤已是常见疾病 ,原发性醛固酮增多症也常合并血管并发症。
