摘要
针对锌精矿制酸烟气二氧化硫浓度低、波动大的特点,分析了互补换热流程的具体应用,使各段进口温度和各段分转化率较优化、进吸收塔气温更适宜,采用“3+1”4段转化即可实现总转化率。当二氧化硫浓度降至5%时,仍具有较佳的工艺操作条件。
The complementary heat exchange process is analyzed and used in a sulphuric acid plant based on zinc concentrate roaster off-gas with low and fluctuant SO2 content. The target conversion can be attained with '3 + 1' double-absorption process by optimizing inlet and outlet temperature and conversion of each pass of converter, and inlet temperature of absorption towers. Conversion system can be operated well even with the off-gas containing only 5% SO2.
