摘要
介绍我国第一套WSA硫酸装置试车及运行情况。通过操作优化,各项工艺指标基本达到设计值,二氧化硫转化率在99％左右,尾气ρ(SO_2)在570mg/m^3左右;成品硫酸w(H_2SO_4)稳定在98％以上,且质量达到优等品指标;每吨酸副产3.5MPa蒸汽2.002t。
Commissioning and operation of the first WSA plant in China are introduced. The process parameters of the plant generally attain design values by optimizing operation, resulting in a S02 conversion of 99% , SO2 content in tail gas near 570 mg/m3 and sulphuric acid product at above 99% and up to high-class grade. At the same time, 2. 002 t steam at 3. 5 MPa per ton of sulphuric acid is get.
