摘要
通过对拉伸件形状参数及复合拉伸、切边时的特性分析,设计了一种复合拉伸、切边模具。实践结果表明,本模具省时省力、经济便捷,不但提高了劳动生产率,而且提高了工件加工质量,具有很高经济效益。
A drawandcut composite die was designed through the analysis of the shape parameters of the workpiece. The results in practical application demonstrate that the device can largely decrease the ancillary time. It improves not only the productivity but also the quality of workpieces. It is characterized by a high economic benefit.
