国际直接投资与东道国的资本形成具有密切的相关关系。跨国公司进入我国投资 ,由于受到政策的限制 ,一直是以新设投资为主。但随着改革的深入 ,跨国公司在华的并购投资会在我国掀起一个高潮 ,跨国公司在华的并购投资会对我国的资本形成产生直接和间接的影响。有很多相应的政策需要制定 。

Capital formation is playing an important role in China's economic growth.On the other hand, FDI flowing into China is playing an important role in capital formation. The relation between FDI and capital formation is investigated empirically based on the evidence in China. This paper analyzes the effects of Cross-border M&A by TNcs on the change of capital formation in China.It also paper argues that the governmental management system will be changed to a certain extent.
