脑干肿瘤的显微手术治疗

Microsurgery of brain stem tumors

目的 探讨脑干肿瘤的手术方法。方法 总结我院自1997年以来采用显微外科手术治疗7例脑干肿瘤的经验。结果 5例全切,2例次全切除,4例术后临床征象改善,3例无变化。1例延髓胶质瘤术后2年复发,二次手术,随访3年生存良好。结论 脑干海绵状血管瘤应早期手术,脑干局限型和较大囊变的胶质瘤应争取手术全切。

Objective To study the methods of microsurgery for brain stem tumors. Methods Experiences from 7 patients with brain stem tumors operated microsurgically in our hospital since 1997 were summarized. Results Among the 7 patients, tumors in 5 were total removed, in 2 subtotal removed; then, the symptoms of 4 were improved after operation, 3 were same as before; 1 with glioma in medulla oblongata recurred later 2 years after first operation, he has been alive well for 3 years after second operation. Conclusion The brain stem cavernous angioma should be operated on early stage, the local bruin stem gliomas with big cyst should be removed totally as much as possible.
