自由贸易账户有三个方面的积极意义和创新:较为合理的账户体系设计;具有前瞻性的分账核算制度;账户的监管工作机制设计体现了宏、微观相统一监管指导思想,强化行业自律,促进了监管机构间的深度协作机制。自由贸易账户未来监管的完善要点包括:评估工作机制委员会运作的权责还需进一步厘清;监管部门的协作关系也需要进一步细化;自由贸易账户的建设完善应始终立足于未来的复制和推广。
