采取工程性措施,对杨浦区走马塘、虬江沿岸所有直排水体的污水进行截流,以改善河道污染现状,改善人民的生活、工作环境,充分发挥虹口港、杨浦港地区旱流污水截流工程的效益。
To control the ri ver pollution and improve people's living & working environment, engineerin g measures are adopted to intercept all sewage discharged directly into Zoumatang and Qiujiang, and thus make the most of the Dry Sewage Interceptio n Project in Hongkougang and Yangpugang Area.
