慕课背景下教师专业发展的“挑战”与“迎战” 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,"慕课"的兴起与发展激起了教育领域的重大"波澜",也给教师的专业发展带来了新的机遇与挑战。在慕课背景下,教师专业发展内涵得到新的扩充,慕课作为一种新的教学模式,给教师的角色定位、教学模式、专业能力与师生间情感联系带来许多挑战,同时也提供了许多新的发展契机。在机遇与挑战并存的时代,教师可借助慕课资源平台进行职后研修和构建终身学习的知识框架,以此缩短教师专业发展周期,实现教师专业化发展。教师作为教学活动的组织者与实践者,理应牢牢抓住机遇,敢于面对挑战,以慕课促学、以慕课促教、以慕课促自身的专业发展。 In recent years, 'for the rise and development of MOOC' sparked a major 'waves' in the field of education,also has brought new opportunities and challenges to the teachers' professional development.Under the background of MOOC,the connotation of the teachers' professional development is a new expansion,longed for MOOC as a new teaching mode,bring many challenges to the teachers' role positioning,teaching mode,professional ability and emotional connection between teachers and students.But also provide many new development opportunities.In an age of both opportunities and challenges,the teacher may use MOOC resource platform to after training and building the knowledge framework of lifelong learning,for reduceing the cycle of the teachers' professional development,to realize the teacher professional development.As an organizer of teaching activities and the practitioners,teachers ought to firmly seize the opportunity,dare to face challenges,with MOOC to promoting study,with MOOC to promoting teaching,with MOOC to promoting professional development.
