“一带一路”战略下高校小语种人才培养的路径研究

A Study on the Track of Cultivating Non-English Foreign Language Talents in Colleges and Universities under the Strategy of the “Belt and Road”

“一带一路”倡议的提出不仅有利于我国与世界各国伙伴关系的构建,也为我国高校小语种人才的培养提供了重大的发展机遇。我国高校在小语种人才培养方面虽然取得一定的成效,但仍然存在招生分布不均、学制短不能充分满足社会需求、教学忽视学生的综合素质等一系列问题。为适应时代的发展,各大高校需要转变思路,与时俱进,从专业设置、培养目标、教学方法上立足创新,为服务'一带一路'培养更多更优秀的小语种人才。

The strategy of ' Belt and Road' is not only beneficial to the construction of the partnership between our country and the world,but also provides great development opportunities for the cultivation of Non-English Foreign language talents in our country.However,there are still a series of problems such as the uneven distribution of enrollment,the short educational system can't fully meet the needs of the society,and the neglect of the comprehensive quality of the students in daily teaching.In order to adjust to the development of the times,the major colleges and universities need to change their way of thinking to keep pace with the times.Based on innovation from the professional settings,the training goals,teaching methods,we should seek to cultivate more powerful Non-English Foreign language talents to offer wonderful service for the ' Belt and Road'.
