摘要
在教师道德判断与评价中存在一些偏差 :一是师德判断与评价依据存在片面性 ;二是师德判断与评价主体存在主观性 ;三是师德判断与评价维度存在缺项。这些偏差直接影响师德功能的发挥。纠正存在的偏差 ,应注意做好一系列的“两手抓”。
There exists deviation in the process of teachers' morals judgment and evaluation. The first is the one sideness between teachers' morals judgment and its evaluation foundations. The second is the subjective from the subjects of teachers' morals judgment and evaluation. The third is that there exists vacant item in the dimension of teachers' morals judgment and evaluation.
