城市妇女再就业的社会学分析——无锡个案研究

Sociological analysis of women's reemployment in urban:a case of Wuxi

在定量描述无锡下岗女工的年龄、教育程度以及培训等因素与再就业职业的关系的基础上 ,文章用职业社会学理论分析了再就业的职业流动所涉及社会问题 ,指出女性再就业问题实质上是社会劳动力再生产过程的社会成本的承付与转移的问题 。

This article makes quantitative description of the relation s between reemployment and off-job women' age, education, and work train ing in Wuxi and analyses the social problems concerning the occupation flow of r eemployment according to the theory of sociology of work. We also point out t hat women's reemployment is virtually a problem that bears and transfers the soc ial costs of social labor reproduction--a new topic of sociology and economics in effect worth great discussion.
