摘要
培养具有创新能力的高素质博士生是关系到我国能否实现 2 1世纪宏伟战略目标的重要举措。本文从文化、管理和学科建设等角度探讨了具有创新能力的高素质博士生培养体系 ,阐述了博士生创新培养的必要性 ,博士生创新培养的内。
The development of highly creative docto rs is an important issue concerning with the realization of 21 st strategies. In the study the cultural system features with innovation were discussed from t he view of culture management and subject. The necessities and factors on doctor al innovation culture were stated. How to realize innovation of doctoral train was analyzed.
