含分散油聚合物在多孔介质中的流动

摘要 聚合物和聚合物凝胶适于油气生产中降低产水 ,但它们存在明显降低与水共存油量的开采风险。通过不同比例渗透率降低法 (DPR)降低水的渗透率时 ,这种风险会小些 ,但是可能要用到大量的化学品。这就是频繁动用机械方式隔离油层使聚合物只进入需要水层的原因。本文关心的是为得到油层中聚合物的低渗透性 ,从而确保在挤注处理过程中聚合物向水层转向的含分散油聚合物 (ODP)的作用。岩心流动试验是在盐水或油饱和的砂岩岩心中进行的。到目前为止完成了以下研究。油饱和岩心中油分散聚合物流 (ODP)的流度降低比水饱和岩心中多 ;相反 ,油饱和岩心中渗透率下降较小。这个结果可用油存在条件下ODP流动过程中出现了较强的黏滞扩散现象来解释 ,黏滞扩散主要由微滴圈闭和聚合物吸附引起。结果表明聚合物中油滴的存在可以降低油层中聚合物的渗透性 。
