The development of villages and towns with distinctive features is beneficial to adjust agricultural struture and make full use of potential for income increase;it is beneficial to professionize agriculture,scale up management and advance agricultural science;it is beneficial to industrialize agriculture and broaden the way of income increase and it is benefcial to increase local financial income as well as strengthen the mass economy.Therefore,to develop villages and towns with features is an effective way to increase peasants'income and several elements are important-select and develop proper leading industries,open up market and develop coorperative economic organization of peasants.
