传统的“师本”教育以获取知识为价值取向 ,以单向灌输为有效途径的教育理念 ,在教育资源日益丰富的今天受到前所未有的冲击。人们已经认识到 ,在充满挑战和机遇、开拓与创新的知识经济社会 ,深化教育改革的关键是教育必须以学生发展为本位 ,构建“生本”教育“新”模式。

The traditional but widely accepted and used 'teacher dominated' education model aiming for acquiring and storing knowledge by means of the so called 'efficient' one way duck feeding method,is now being challenged by the increasing education resources.Facing the knowledge economy society characterized by challenges,opportunities and individuals' development of creativity,many people came to realize the key to further education reform is to construct a new student centered and self development oriented education model.
