摘要
中国是一个农业大国 ,农业、农村和农民问题始终是一个影响国家安全的根本性问题。
China is a big agricultural country. The problems on the agriculture,rural areas and peasants are always crucial to the nation safety. The necessity and principles for the rural industrial structure adjustment are discussed in the thesis.
