摘要
从功能的角度看 ,语言首先是交际工具。因此 ,外语教学应将培养学生的交际能力作为第一目的。交际的最高原则为得体 ,交际内容的制约机制即语境。
Functionally speaking, language is,first of all, an effective system used in human communication .Therefore, students' communicative ability must be evaluated as the ultimate purpose in English teaching. Proper words in proper places make the true definition of a style, and the properness of communication originates mainly from thorough consideration of syntagmatic and supra-lingual contexts .This thesis attempts to probe into students' communicative ability in a contextual point of view.
