老年股骨颈骨折86例治疗分析

Therapeutical analyses of 86 cases with elderly transcervical fracture

目的 :探讨老年股骨颈骨折不同类型的治疗方法 ,减少老年股骨颈骨折的并发症。方法 :对 86例老年股骨颈骨折的治疗进行回顾性分析。结果 :本组 86例中 4 8例行人工关节置换术 ,近期效果满意 ,其余病例采用不同治疗方法 ,髋关节功能优 15例 ,良 11例 ,差 9例。结论 :GardenⅢ～Ⅳ型老年股骨颈骨折采用人工髋关节置换术 ,GardenⅠ～Ⅱ型老年股骨颈骨折可采用内固定加肌蒂骨瓣移植术。

Objective: To study therapeutics for elderly transcervical fracture and reduce complications caused by it. Methods: To conduct the retrospective analyses for treatment tactics of this group. Results: 48 cases with artificial arthroplasty obtained a good curative effect. Others of this group were adopted various methods of non-artificial arthroplasty, being excellent cosae of 15 cases, good of 11 cases, poor of 9 cases. Conclusions: Artificial arthroplasty is feasible for Garden Ⅲ～Ⅳtypes of elderly transcervical fracture.Inner arthrodesis plus musculosteopedicle flap grafting for Garden Ⅰ～Ⅱtypes.
