视神经胶质瘤的诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and treatment of the optic nerve glioma

目的 :分析视神经胶质瘤的临床表现 ,探讨该病的诊断和治疗。方法 :对 6例视神经胶质瘤的临床症状、体征、术中所见和影像资料等进行分析总结。结果 :6例视神经胶质瘤均行手术治疗 ,病理组织学检查为星形细胞瘤 1～ 3级。结论 :儿童、青少年多发 ,视力下降、突眼、视神经乳头水肿或萎缩、MRI CT示视神经肿大是本病的特征 ,手术是本病的有效治疗方法。

Objective: To explore the diagnosis and treatment of the optic nerve gliomas by analyzing its clincical informations. Methods: Six optic nerve gliomas clinical informations, surgical findings and imagine characteristics were systematicly analyzed. Results: All cases were treated with surgical operation,and the pathological findings of astrocytoma were from grade I to Ⅲ?Conclusion: The optic nerve glioma is more common in children and adolescent, and often accompanied with visual deterioration?exophthalmos?optic disc edema or atrophy and enlargement in optic nerve is often found by MRI or CT scan. The surgical operation is the most effective therapy for the disease.
