摘要 对堆芯测量导向管弯制涉及的问题进行了分析,结合数控弯管机的弯管原理,给出了堆芯测量导向管由管形坐标到数控弯管机加工坐标的转换算法及碰撞检测算法;基于Open GL图形库对数控弯管机及堆芯测量导向管进行参数化建模,利用包围盒检测技术对弯管过程中堆芯测量导向管与数控弯管机床体、各种模具的碰撞情况进行仿真分析,确定堆芯测量导向管的可弯制性,将设计与弯管工艺有机的结合在一起,确保最终定型的堆芯测量导向管结构具有良好的可弯制性。 The related problems in tube bending process of reactor in-core(RIC) measurement guide tube are presented, and algorithms of conversion from tubular coordinate to machining coordinate and collision detection are constructed according to tube bending principle of CNC tube bender. Based on Open GL graphic library, parametric modeling for NC tube benders and RIC measurement guide tubes is established, and tube bending process is simulated. By using of bounding box detecion technology, simulation analysis of collision between RIC measurement guide tubes and tube bender bed body or kinds of tube bending mould is fullfilled, so as to confirm the bendability of a tube. With the technology, the tube design and tube bending technology are combined organically, and the tubes can be bended successfully without trial-bending.
