摘要
在运输煤碳过程中,矿车底部会粘结一些矿石和杂质,使得矿车的有效容积利用不足,大大降低了煤矿生产和运输等各个环节的能力。结底清理问题一直是困扰国内工矿生产的重大技术难题之一,而采用带有清扫机的矿车,能有效解决上述难题。在详细分析了国内矿车清扫机应用现状的基础上,主要对基于研究结底机理和基于力学原理的清车方法的各种矿车清扫机的基本原理以及各自优缺点做了对比介绍,并分析了未来矿车清扫机的发展趋势。
The tramcar bottom bonded some minerals and impurities in the transport process,which leads to under-utilization of the dischargeable capacity of the tramcar. The ability of coal mine in production and transport are lown down. The bottom cleaning problem has been one of the most major technical problems in domestic industrial production. The problem can be solved with sweeping machine harvesters effectively. Studying the domestic research of the tramcar cleaning machine and the basic principle of tramcar cleaning machine, their advantages and disadvantages are compared. Finaly, the development tendency of the tramcar cleaning machine in future is analyzed.
