摘要
在对国内外多种打捆机研究的基础上,提出了一种对打捆机箱体进行轻量化的方法。箱体是打捆机上的基础零件,也是非常重要的承载部分。设计箱体时,为了保证打捆机在工作的时候安全、可靠,传统方法会选择很大的安全系数,这样就造成了打捆机箱体的大小和重量都会非常大。在满足安全系数和正常工作的前提下,减轻箱体重量是非常必要的,这样可以节约材料,并且降低能源的消耗。使用SolidWorks软件对打捆机箱体进行三维建模、有限元分析,最终分析出一个满足要求的轻量化模型。
