摘要
简要介绍了抚顺石化18000 m3/h(标准状态)高氮项目为确保装置的可靠性及节能降耗工艺流程组织设计采取的保障措施及配置;对几种单塔流程能耗进行了分析比较,实测数据表明废气增压产品氮气工艺是该项目的最佳选择,该新型流程配置简单,综合能耗低,尤其适用于需要液氮产品的高氮装置。
A brief introduction to Fushun petrochemical 18000 Nm3/h nitrogen plant in order to ensure the reliability and energy saving to process design device powerful safeguard measures and configuration; several single tower process energy consumption are analyzed and compared, the measured data show that the product nitrogen gas exhaust gas turbocharger technology is the best choice, the new process configuration simple, low comprehensive energy consumption, particularly applicable to nitrogen plant requiring liquid nitrogen product.
