摘要
首先对电机机座的图纸、加工工艺、功能进行分析,然后对机座典型部位实行模块化、参数化,最后分别对各个模块进行编程,再通过模块程序的调用及参数的赋值,实现对应电机机座的数控编程模块化加工,缩短程序开发时间,减少内存占用量,避免程序频繁输入、输出,方便程序管理。
First analysis motor frame drawings, processing, function, then modularize and parameter the typical parts, then program each module, through the module program invocation, parameter assignment, NC programming modular processing base corresponding to the motor, shorten software development time, reduce the memory footprint, avoid the procedure of frequent input and output, convenient program management.
