催化装置中锅炉循环水泵因机械密封泄露造成频繁检修,影响装置的正常运行,通过对失效原因进行分析,针对性地对机械密封结构及设计参数进行优化改进,改进后的机械密封成功通过工业运行检验,通过这次改造降低了检修费用、同时提高了公司的检修水平。
