风电机组塔门结构强度分析 被引量:1

Finite element analysis of wind turbine tower door based on Hyper Works

摘要 塔架是风电机组中最为重要的承载部件,为验证塔门部位结构的合理性,采用有限元软件Hyper Mesh对塔门部位实体模型进行规则的网格划分,并对其进行强度分析。分析结果表明,在各极限载荷工况下,塔门部位的最大应力值均小于材料的许用应力,能够达到最初的设计要求。同时分析也为开发相关系列产品提供了可靠数据。 The tower is the most important components in wind turbine, to verify rationality of tower door structure, using finite element software Hyper Mesh rules on the tower door n part entity model grid division, and carries on the analysis of strength. The results showed that, its strength to meet the design requirements, can reach the requirement of original design at the same time it also provides the reliable data for the development of related products.
