摘要 在钻井行业中,钻井泥浆泵被誉为钻机的"心脏",近年来,随着钻井技术和钻井新工艺的迅速发展,对钻井泵的各方面性能要求大大提高。从近年来世界上各钻井泵的主要制造厂商的产品情况着手,对各种钻井泵进行归纳总结,并对钻井泵基本参数、钻井泵的结构变化进行分析,探索钻井泵技术发展方向。得出了钻井泵参数向着大功率、大排量和高压力的方向发展,钻井泵结构向着体积小、重量轻和可靠性高的方向发展。随着信息技术的发展,自动化和智能化将是未来钻井泵的发展趋势。 In petroleum drilling industry, drilling pump has been known as the 'heart' of drilling rig. With the development of drilling technology, there are more requirements for the drilling pump performance in recent years. This thesis aims to explore the future direction of drilling pump base on the products status of main manufacturer all over the world, summary of different types of the drilling pump, and analysis for basic parameters and structure development for drilling pump in recent years. A conclusion is made that for the parameter, future drilling pump will requires bigger power, larger discharge, and higher pressure; for structure, future drilling pump will be smaller, lighter and more reliable. With the development of information technology, the automation and intellectualization will be the trend for future drilling pump.
