摘要
由于管内介质、压力和工况条件的不同,工程应用管网管线运行时常伴随机械振动、地质沉降等使管线承受各种轴向、横向、扭转应力,传统管线补偿方式多适用于补偿轴向位移的场合,且补偿量有限。研究新型不锈钢波纹管多向补偿器的液压成型新工艺,波纹管管坯经自动缝焊、整形、校形后,提高了管坯的焊缝质量和形状精度,并采用高压水胀型模具快速形成波纹,提高生产效率高和成型精度。
The project pipeline works under various axial, lateral, torsional stress, because of the vibration and geological subsidence, especially with the variations of medium, pressure and conditions. The traditional way of compensation of pipeline is used for the situation of Axial compensation, and the Axial vector is limited. The study is focus on the new processing technology of stainless steel bellows via hydroform, The process contains automatic welding, reshaping, Shape correction, which improve the quality of welding and the shape accuracy.
