摘要
高速泵密封腔体狭小,密封尺寸紧凑、转速高、功率大,在有限腔体要保证密封的可靠性,关键是保证零件的设计强度和刚度以及加工工艺性。利用已有非标设计的经验,重点对密封零件轴向尺寸的合理分配、密封端面参数的计算和选择、不锈钢薄壁件的加工及变形分析、高速转动件的结构、材料、动平衡及密封端面发热等几个方面进行研发设计,最终产品并通过了试验和现场应用。可以广泛运用于PTA装置中的大功率高速泵、聚丙烯装置的提升风机等设备中。
Because of the narrow seal chamber, compact seal structure, high speed and large power, in order to assure the reliability of seal under the limited chamber, it is crucialto assure the design strength and stiffness of component and its fabrication procedure. Based on the existing design experience of non-standard product, we mainly researched on reasonable arrangement of seal component's axial dimension, calculation and selection of seal face parameters, manufacturing and deformation analysis of thin wall stainless steel component, structure, material and dynamic balance of high speed rotary component, heat generating of seal face, and finally the production passed the test and field application. After the successful development of this project, it can be widely used in large power and high speed pump, blower in polypropylene plant.
