安全壳整体性打压试验期间环吊应力变位研究

摘要 在安全壳整体性打压试验期间,核电厂使用的环形起重机(简称环吊)可能出现应力变位。对环吊应力变位的原因和影响因素进行了分析,并对福清核电厂1号机组打压试验期间环吊应力变位进行了试验研究。试验结果证明,在打压试验期间,安全壳钢衬里发生的位移量在环吊设计限值范围内,其对环吊的设计寿命及安全可靠使用没有不利影响。在试验基础上,对环吊应力变位研究的试验方法、测量模型和原因分析等方面提出了改进建议,为后续核电机组相关工作的开展提供参考与借鉴。 The stress displacement problems of the ring crane used in the nuclear power plant may occur during the containment integer pressure test. In this paper, the reasons and influence factors of ring crane stress displacement are analyzed, and the ring crane stress displacement of No.1 unit of Fuqing nuclear power plant during the pressure test is studied, the test results show that, during the pressure test period, the displacement of containment steel liner is within the design scope of ring crane, there are no adverse effects to the ring crane design life, safe and reliable to use. On the basis of experiments, some suggestions are put forward for improve the test method, measurement model and reason analysis of ring crane stress displacement studies, these work provided references for the operation of subsequent nuclear power units at Fuqing and even the whole country.
