摘要
为了实现筒体密封性能的安全检测,设计了一款基于直压法原理的自动化筒体密封性能检测装置。该装置主要由气路系统、机械辅助装置及控制交互系统组成,通过实时对比密封筒体内压力变化值,完成承压能力较小的密封筒体自动化检测。同时,基于方便、快捷的设计理念,该装置采用一键式检测思想进行设计,通过机械辅助装置实现待检测筒体的自动化装夹与密封准备,并利用电气比例阀与气体流量控制器的自动控制功能控制充气压力与充气速度,实现充放气过程稳定可控。
In order to achieve the safety test of barrel sealing performance, The special automatic equipment for checking sealing performance of pressure is designed based on the principle of direct pressure. The device is mainly composed of air circuit system, mechanical auxiliary device and control interactive system. It completes the automatic detection of sealing cylinder with less bearing capacity through real-time comparison of the variations of pressure in the sealing cylinder. Based on convenience and fast design concept, the device adopts one-touch idea for design, through mechanical assist device to realize the pressure barrel to be detected automatically clamping and sealing. On the other hand, the electric proportional valve with automatic control function and gas flow controller are used to control air pressure and rate of flow, and realizing aeration and exhaust process stability control.
